The Journey
Challenges were
- Tracking of users current location on big highways of Kuwait.
- To maintain the details of users vehicles according to their number plate in the admin panel.
- We used MyFatoorah Payment Gateway in the application for the subscription.
- Adding an advanced subscription feature that will be added after the current subscription ends.
- Maintaining the categories and sub-categories of the vehicle and their company.
- To identify the problems that the user is facing and providing the relevant category.
What we did
- Application is for live users so we used the AWS server.
- We used advanced security so that the application will run on a single device at a time.
- We used live-tracking for users to track their service providers.
- Provided live user tracking to the admin.
- Provided advanced features in the admin for maintaining the vehicle's and users problems.
- Maintaining the service providers area to area to give the services to the users.
Results
People are loving this app as it is easy-to-use and they can travel without any worry about their vehicle. They get all type of roadside assistance just by a single click. The application is lightweight due to which it can load even in a slow network.
The users are enjoying the yearly-basis subscription which saves their time as well as money. This app gained popularity within no time because of its unique concept and development.
